Join JM&A at the Halifax Labour Law Conference, Sept 30th – Oct 2nd, 2014

  • Samantha Lamb will be in Halifax for two days providing the Union Counsel perspective on a variety of issues.  On September 30th, join her for an interactive all day workshop: Investigating Misconduct and Weighing Discipline: How to conduct a fair process and ensure a proportional response.
  • On October 1st she will address growing areas of disciplinary and harassment law in: It’s a Wild, Wired World: Time theft, social media bullying, and use-of-device policies.
